I got caught out by this Virgin Media scam. If you call Virgin to complain about their service, they actually charge you for ringing! Ridiculous, right?

My hubby dialled 08448003118 to moan about Virgin's rubbish customer support and ended up getting hit with a £10.16 charge for the call. Absolutely disgraceful! We've decided to ditch their service completely now.
