This company is hopeless! I sent loads of requests online to cancel my booking and get my money back, but they just ignored them all. Feels like they want you to waste time calling them instead of using their useless web forms and emails. I had £4000 stuck with them and really needed the refund fast.

I just got a call from ### and didn’t realise they were billing me 55p a minute, without any warning! Proper cheeky if you ask me.

i was the one who rang these people, not the other way around. needed to get in touch a few times about a flight i had booked, which the airline changed to the next day. for six weeks, i kept calling them but they never sent the new tickets. finally, i got hold of the airline directly and after a short wait, everything was sorted and the tickets showed up just minutes after i ended the call. i totally agree with the other reviews - stay clear of them and mytrip[###].
