When we threatened to lodge a complaint about their unsolicited calls, he casually said, "Good luck with that!" What a right mess!

We received a call from the number mentioned above. The message was recorded, instructing us to press five if we required assistance. When we inquired about the company he was representing, he simply replied, "We're an independent company." What on earth does that even mean? We're left completely baffled!

I even pressed five to speak to someone directly, but as soon as I asked for the name of their company, they cut me off mid-sentence. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

We noticed our answer machine blinking earlier today, 11th May 2010, shortly after we arrived home. There was no message left, so we decided to ring 1471 to find out who had called.

Absolutely not! The phone keeps ringing, and we decided to ignore it. It's frustrating when you can't even answer your own phone in the evening because of those pesky cold calls from companies. Could you please share a contact number? I might be able to return the call, perhaps on a Saturday morning around seven when I’m not working. Cheers!
