I was laid up in bed feeling poorly when my phone rang once. Luckily I didn’t really catch the call as it must have been quick. Getting jolted awake when you’re sick by some call, likely from a law firm, is just so annoying. Honestly, the UK should really update the Harassment Act to label these auto-dialling firms as offenders. Then maybe the lawyers can actually profit from defending those crooks instead of just hassling the rest of us.
