We've been dealing with this number making calls from my mum's phone non-stop. BT have been absolutely useless in helping us fix it. Apparently, her phone bill shows she’s been calling this number constantly, which has ended up costing us hundreds already. BT suggested taking off her medical alarm thinking that was the problem. We did, but the calls kept happening. Then BT told us to get a new handset, which we did, but it didn’t solve anything. It’s been months now and we’re no closer to sorting this mess out.
