What a right racket this is! The number 08445811014, along with all those ending in 11 through 18, are affiliated with Colt Telecom. It seems they’ve passed these on to Agilisys, who probably shifted them to yet another company. These callers are merely attempting to confirm your identity, so it’s best not to engage or respond to them. We've raised the matter, but unsurprisingly, BT doesn't seem bothered in the slightest-quite the norm these days, isn't it? OFCOM could do with a good shake-up, if you ask me. If you're facing similar issues, you ought to give OFCOM a ring at 020 7981 3000 and report it yourself.
