I've been hounded by this dreadful company for a year now! They’re definitely not associated with Halifax or Bank of Scotland. Instead, they're a budget, unscrupulous insurance outfit that seems to have purchased my information through those banks. Let’s give them a taste of their own medicine!

Same as the others. During December, especially around Christmas, our mobile was inundated with missed calls. Eventually, when we answered, they started asking for personal information and security details. Always remember-never share such information! One day, I counted 14 calls, and even on a Saturday, they were ringing as late as 8 in the evening (is that even allowed?). We haven’t received any calls recently, and we suspect it might be a debt collection agency trying to reach us. We switched our Direct Debit from one bank to another, and honestly, it just doesn’t quite add up; it feels like we’re being scammed.

My partner received a call from someone claiming to be from Halifax, asking for our postcode and date of birth. They had them all flustered, but after a chat with Halifax directly, we’ve been informed that it’s likely a scam, and they're on the case.
