I received a call from this number on a Monday, claiming they had attempted to deliver a package and assured me it would arrive the following Tuesday. Fast forward to Tuesday, and I got an automated message from the very same number saying my delivery was now set for Wednesday. But come Wednesday, still no sign of the parcel. When I tried to ring them up, I was met with the same frustrating response: "All our agents are currently busy." Eventually, my call was cut off with a rather unhelpful message saying, "We can't connect your call right now, please try again later."
