I was promised a £20 refund for my diesel expenses, but only if I forked out £2.70 for a membership with a firm called Free Moments. They mentioned I had a fortnight to cancel. However, just ten days later, a hefty £78.22 was debited from my account. When I looked up the company online, I found an address listed as Unit G4, Capital Point, Capital Business Park, Cardiff, CF3 2PY. I had a conversation with a woman regarding the £20 refund, and she claimed it was dispatched on the 4th of June. However, I’ve yet to see a penny of it. Feels like a scam to me!

These scammers are total con artists, absolute rubbish!

Had exactly the same experience with these lot. They say you’ll get vouchers if you spend just a few minutes on a survey, but what they actually send is junk. Complete scammers! Avoid them at all costs.

Just let the call go to voicemail, don’t pick up it’s probably someone unwanted!
