I don’t remember ever dialing this number at 10.35 on April 21st. I saw the call was still active at 10.50, so I ended it then. Looking back at my call log, there’s an incoming call from this number at 10.35 that went on for two minutes, but I’ve no memory of it. What’s worse, my phone bill shows a £9.38 charge linked to this number.

I support the Air Ambulance with a direct debit because I believe it’s a noble cause. Recently, I had to update my bank information, and to my utter shock, my mobile bill for a brief chat of just under three minutes surged by £2.15! That’s frankly outrageous. Is it possible that there might have been a different number I could have dialled for Air Ambulance? Cheers, Eileen Brown

I received a call from 02035534023 and it was purportedly about the Midlands air ambulance lottery. To be cautious, I decided to ring the number back afterward. They asked me to boost my direct debit for the lottery, which I've done, but now I'm feeling a bit anxious about the whole situation.
