I don’t remember ever dialing this number at 10.35 on April 21st. I saw the call was still active at 10.50, so I ended it then. Looking back at my call log, there’s an incoming call from this number at 10.35 that went on for two minutes, but I’ve no memory of it. What’s worse, my phone bill shows a £9.38 charge linked to this number.

I support Air Ambulance through a direct debit because I reckon it's a brilliant charity. Recently, I updated my bank info and then noticed my phone bill jumped by £2.15 for just under three minutes of calling. That seems way too much to me. I wonder if there’s another number for Air Ambulance that doesn’t cost so much? Eileen Brown

I got a call from 02035534023 asking me to up my direct debit for the Midlands Air Ambulance lottery, so I agreed and made the change. Later on, I rang back this new number they gave me, and they picked up saying it was for the air ambulance lottery. Now I’m a bit uneasy about the whole thing.
