Honestly, this is getting ridiculous. Our twelve-year-old lad has been getting these absurd texts on her phone, and it’s really distressing her. She’s clocked up four of them in just the last week! We’ve got to do something about this. How on earth do these wretched people get hold of phone numbers? If we ever get a hold of them, they’ll regret it! Absolute nonsense.

In the last month, I've received five text messages claiming that my Barclaycard payment is overdue, warning me that if I don’t respond, my credit score could take a hit. The amusing thing is, I don’t even have a Barclaycard! Whenever I pick up the phone to call them, they refuse to disclose their identity and straightaway ask for my account number. Absolute rogues, if you ask me!

Received several texts starting with 00, claiming our Barclays credit card payments are behind. Sounds very much like a scam to me, as we don't even possess a Barclays credit card! Definitely not going to make a call about this nonsense.

We’ve been dealing with this dodgy lot over loans for homeowners and tenants. It appears they’ve been running a much larger con than we initially realised. We were initially told our loan would be processed in about ten weeks. However, upon reaching out to customer support, we were told that the agreement now stretched out to a whopping six months! All we’re after is a refund from these deceitful charlatans. If you find yourself having to communicate with this company, our recommendation is to tell them to clear off!

I've received a couple of messages about these "rings" this month, and I can assure you, we don't possess a Barclaycard at all. It all started when we decided to switch our mobile provider. The second message warned that our credit score might take a hit if we didn’t respond, which honestly left me quite anxious, especially considering the notion of having a Barclaycard! I opted not to call the number provided, just in case it's some sort of premium rate line, you know?

Please call Barclaycard immediately at 0844 5560057." I do hold a Barclaycard, but there’s no payment outstanding, and Barclaycard doesn’t even have my mobile number on file. So, we definitely won’t be making any calls to them!

I recently received a rather unwelcome text message from a number starting with '00'. It read: "Your Barclaycard account is past its due date. Now, while it’s true that we do hold a Barclaycard account, there’s absolutely no payment overdue on our part. Plus, it’s worth mentioning that Barclaycard doesn’t even have our mobile number in their records. So, rest assured, we won’t be giving them a ring anytime soon.
