After digging around, I found out it belongs to Sky TV - it’s the number they use for their marketing when offering deals to get you back to their service. The worst part? They sneak in tiny print saying "calls to Sky are 7ppm plus your provider's access charge." What they don’t mention is that O2’s access charge is a whopping 55p per minute!
