They just said "hello" really quick and then hung up straight away.

I tried to cancel an order with Scotts after they told me the product wasn’t available, and they hit me with a charge close to £5 for doing so. I wanted to ring them up and make a fuss, but the cost put me off. Looks like I won’t be shopping with them anymore after this experience.

So apparently, Scotts of Stow charges a 7p per minute fee, and if you’re calling from a landline, BT adds on this ridiculous 20p per minute connection cost. Honestly, feels like I’m getting fleeced here - might just curl up and despair!

I gave the so-called "customer service number" for Scotts of Stow a bell. Honestly, it's laughable how they try to charge you just for ringing up to ask for assistance. There's no way I'm using their services again after that.

I called this number because Scotts of Stow told me to use it to follow up on an order. Turns out they didn’t have the item in stock and ended up cancelling it, but now I’ve been hit with a charge of more than £13 just to get that sorted. Ridiculous!

I’m with ID Mobile and being on a small pensioner plan, I only pay £5 a month since I don’t use my phone much. A mate helped me check this number and it turns out it’s from Hanoi, Vietnam, listed as a business number. I got a call from them on the 24th of October and ended up being charged nearly £5 just for answering and hanging up straight away. No clue who or what company that was, but that one call has wiped out all my free minutes this month. I’d really appreciate it if you could block that number for me.
