I recently found myself hit with a nearly five-pound fee just to cancel an order with Scotts, as the item I wanted was out of stock. I would give them a ring to express my grievances, but the call charges make it simply not worth it. They’ve now lost a loyal customer in the process.

Blimey, not only are you slapped with a 7p per minute fee from Scotts of Stow, but BT also decides to jump in with a staggering 20p per minute just to connect you from a landline! Really makes you want to curl up in a corner and weep, doesn’t it?

I too dialled the "customer service line" for Scotts of Stow, and I must say, I find it rather audacious that they expect customers to cough up for a call seeking assistance. It’s safe to say I won’t be giving them my business again anytime soon!

I made a call to this number as it was the one provided by Scotts of Stow for me to follow up on my order. Surprisingly, I've ended up being billed over £13.00 just to have them cancel it due to stock unavailability. What a frustrating experience!

I'm on ID Mobile, and as a pensioner, I don't use my phone much-only shelling out £5 monthly. Recently, my mate dug up that a number I got a call from on the 24th of October is linked to a business in Hanoi, Vietnam. Can you believe it? I was charged £4.99 just for answering and hanging up! I've no clue about this company or individual, but that one call has entirely wiped out my free minutes for the month. I’d really appreciate it if you could block this nuisance call. Cheers!
