We’ve noticed Virgin Media is hitting us with a charge of fifteen pence a minute every time this occurs. Is this happening because the number we’re dialling isn’t a BT landline, or is there some sort of arrangement between your firm and them that results in these inflated fees? The agents over there suggest this is a problem on your end. You advertise a rate of only 1p per minute, which we find quite hard to believe given our current experience.
