Absolutely baffled - we never dialled this number! Yet, our phone bill clearly shows that we made four calls to them on 12th February 2018.

We've been using this number for close to eight months now, and it's been quite the experience. They claimed their rate was a mere 2p per minute, but to our surprise, we've discovered that they've actually been billing us a staggering 48p per minute! Given that our calls can stretch to two hours, you can imagine the shock when we reviewed our phone bill. It’s a proper eye-opener!
