My interaction with James Tandy has regrettably left me feeling quite disillusioned. Tandy UK Servers has not lived up to the assurances given, and it's been rather frustrating, to say the least. When issues arise with their servers, he seems to vanish-never a call or notification to inform you of any problems. And attempting to reach him via either of his provided phone numbers? Well, that’s an exercise in futility. What I've come to realise is that this 'business' appears to be more of a hobby run by a youthful individual in his parents' attic, lacking the know-how when it comes to proper customer service and business management. It’s a shame, really.

Had a pretty bad run-in with James Tandy and his Tandy UK Servers. Honestly, I found it quite hard to trust them. Whenever their servers crash, they don’t bother to get in touch to inform you, which is really frustrating. I tried calling both of his numbers, but no luck - he never picks up. It’s all very amateurish. From what I gathered, this ‘business’ seems to be run by some youngster working from his parents’ attic, and it’s obvious he hasn’t got a clue about looking after customers or managing a proper company. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

My dealings with Tandy UK Servers, and James Tandy in particular, have left me quite disappointed. Whenever their servers crash, they don’t inform you in advance or even after the fact. Plus, trying to reach them by phone is pointless because no one ever picks up. From what I can gather, this "company" is just a kid working from his mum’s attic, with absolutely no idea about proper customer care or managing a real business.
