These folks have been calling incessantly, including during the witching hour, just as they hang up. The last time, we simply chucked the phone in a drawer and thought we’d leave them in suspense, hoping that might finally deter them.

It’s becoming utterly maddening! Is there a way to report them to BT? We’re already on the preferential service, but honestly, these nuisances are enough to drive anyone up the wall! It feels like they should either be silenced or dealt with in some serious way!

In our earlier discussion, we reached out to a representative from their team on the 25th of February, 2009. They provided some really valuable assistance in cutting down our energy costs. We've received a confirmation email from them, along with a welcome pack from npower that outlines the steps to create our online account. I’ve shared this information with my friends and family. While not everyone has managed to secure any savings, our parents managed to cut down their costs by £469 with British Gas through a WebSaver or a similar type of deal. Every little bit makes a difference, especially in today’s economic climate.

We certainly don't disclose our information for precisely this reason, and your two responses made it abundantly clear that you're in cahoots with them, so do us all a favour and pipe down!!!! These individuals are an absolute nuisance. When searching for more affordable energy options, I used to rely on this sort of thing.

We've been receiving incessant calls from this number. As soon as we answer and engage with someone, they promptly transfer us to a so-called 'specialist'. This individual apparently managed to save us £376 by ensuring we remained with Npower and signed us up for an online tariff. I didn't have to provide any banking details since Npower already has the information on file. They claimed a letter would arrive within three or four days. I've just taken a look at their website, and it appears quite credible - it’s regulated by the FSA and properly registered at Companies House.

I received a call from this company, and a fellow with a strong Scouse accent was chatting to us about potential savings. Honestly, we were just humouring him until he mentioned we could save £87 by sticking with Scottish Power under their price sure energy plan. The whole experience felt a bit lacklustre, but on the upside, they didn’t ask for any direct debit details, and they managed to offer us a more economical deal on our bills. I reckon if more companies followed suit, the ongoing credit crunch wouldn't seem quite so daunting. All in all, I'd say give this outfit a chance, as they're providing a commendable service.
