This number 0844 410 2388 keeps ringing my phone like all last week and once more just now. I picked up and said hello a few times but no one ever replied, then it just cut off. I reckon it’s because I’m a bloke and my voice isn’t as old as I actually am (I’m 50). Seems like they’re after older folks who might be easier to trick.

It seems they've been reaching out for funds on behalf of the Conservative Party. Sounds like another one of those unsolicited calls.

Got a call out of the blue from someone trying to sell me stuff, using the little info they managed to find about me to kick off their spiel. So annoying!

Got a call from some posh sounding folks saying they’re with the Conservative Party and trying to collect donations. They were even promising stuff like a dinner at the House of Commons or a knighthood, all depending on the amount you’re willing to donate. Sounded a bit dodgy to me.
