This caller has been a right pain, hasn’t he? He called our elderly mum, trying to push some insurance for satellite equipment, even though she just sorted it with another firm. He clearly knew her name as soon as she picked up; it's rather concerning, isn't it? Do these companies really have the right to share personal information like that? She’s signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, so I’ll be making sure to report this incident as well. It's all rather dodgy, to be honest!
