We made a purchase online on the 25th of August, 2009, through bundleofsale.com, only to find out that our order had been marked as cancelled. When we tried to contact the company at 08443574540, we were left hanging on the line for over twenty minutes with no response. That number is a premium rate one, no less! Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? What can we possibly do to resolve this? We have serious concerns that this company might be a scam.

Yesterday, we went through exactly the same ordeal, encountering every single issue highlighted here. We provided our card details, only to find a message stating it’s been cancelled and whatnot. We decided to call the number, and after just a brief hold, something felt off, so we did a quick search and discovered it was indeed dodgy. We hurried over to our bank and managed to halt the transaction. From now on, we’ll always verify the phone number online before acting! And if there’s no address or proper contact details, we’ll steer clear as if it were the plague!
