Earlier today, we received a couple of calls from this number on our mobile. The first time we answered, there was quite a bit of background noise, reminiscent of a call centre, but then they hung up after a few minutes. When they tried again, we picked up, but they immediately ended the call. I also asked how they had managed to get hold of our mobile number, but the chap on the other end was quite rude. So, I decided to ring back, spoke to her manager, and lodged a complaint regarding her behaviour. We receive no fewer than two calls from these individuals every single day. We've actually taken the time to speak with them and clearly indicated that we have no desire for their services and kindly asked them to cease contacting us. Yet, despite our requests, they continue to call. We don't pick up anymore, but they persist in ringing us. Oftentimes, it's at inconvenient times, such as two or three o'clock in the afternoon. It's rather frustrating, to say the least.
