I've just noticed a missed call from this number as well; they’ve been in touch a few times prior. We decided to ring them back and a recorded message played, saying that they had tried to reach me regarding an insurance quote and that I would be contacted shortly, or I could press one for an immediate quote. So, naturally, we pressed one, which connected us to someone, but oddly enough, they didn’t say a word and just hung up. Quite peculiar, really!

Over the past week, we've received countless calls from this number. We brushed most off but frankly, we were fed up with the incessant bother, so we answered today. Apparently, they claimed our car insurance was up for renewal - which it isn't, by the way - and that they could offer some incredibly enticing quote?! No thanks, we’re not interested in their nonsense.

Today, this number has tried to reach us three times. We didn’t bother answering the phone, but out of curiosity, we called 1471 to see who it was. We suspect it might be an insurance company since our car insurance is coming up for renewal soon. I’ve been perusing several comparison sites, so it’s quite possible they’ve obtained our number from those searches. It’s rather annoying, to be honest.

I can't seem to escape the incessant calls from this bloody company; they refuse to remove our information from their database. Ever since I used the Go Compare website, I've been inundated with calls from insurance companies and solicitors hounding me about claiming for an accident. It’s become a nightly ritual - receiving at least four calls from various firms. Honestly, I won’t be bothering with Go Compare ever again!

I've asked them repeatedly to refrain from calling back and to remove my details from their records. Fingers crossed they've actually taken heed this time!

Absolutely, I've been bombarded by this number ringing me roughly thrice a day for the past week or so. Our car insurance was up for renewal and although we did a comparison check just last night, we'd already done one the previous year. I did receive a call regarding a quote yesterday that lasted about fifteen minutes, but to be honest, it wasn’t any more competitive than what we’ve seen. I do hope there’s a way to block these persistent numbers; I’m tempted to answer next time and use my phone’s speaker to blast something utterly annoying. Could be a rather amusing tactic... I might just give it a whirl!

I received a call from this number on Tuesday evening, 23rd November 2009. The caller claimed to be from a comparison site and insisted on providing a lower rate for our home insurance. We explained we didn't have the time to chat and ended the call. They attempted to reach us again last Tuesday, but as we weren’t home, we missed it, and they didn't leave any message. Given their previous comments, I anticipate they'll keep trying to contact us multiple times, though they'll be met with silence from us! Hopefully, they’ll tire of it soon!

I can hardly believe the relentless calls we've been enduring! Since 10 this morning, my phone's been ringing off the hook-four times already! And here we are, just past 2 pm. Hello everyone! We’ve been receiving calls from these individuals all week long, and to make matters worse, they've been sharing our personal information with family members! How utterly unacceptable! This is a serious violation of our privacy and data protection rights! When they rang us again earlier today, we firmly communicated that we are taking action regarding these breaches of confidentiality and informed them we were going to end the call. The response was quite impudent; she simply replied, "That's perfectly fine, Sir!" How disrespectful! I'm just 21, for goodness’ sake! 😠

They've been ringing us relentlessly, 3 to 4 times a day, for the last month, all regarding our home insurance because we used a price comparison site last year. We didn’t manage to grab the name of the company-something along the lines of Zetec or Zetex, if memory serves. They just buzzed us again a mere ten seconds ago, and we’ve asked to be removed from their list (but I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon!).
