I’ve been receiving calls from this number for several months now. Whenever I do pick up, I always ask to be removed from their list, yet the calls persist. Some days, I’m inundated with calls. Just earlier, I tried once more to convey that I’m not interested and need to be taken off their records, but this chap kept on prattling away and firing questions at me. Eventually, I interrupted his spiel and asked for his name, email address, and the name of the company he represents. He identified himself as Edward from Mobile Group, but when I pressed for additional details, he claimed he couldn't share anything due to "legal" reasons. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating.

I've been receiving incessant calls from this number about a phone upgrade. They claim to represent Mobile Group and insist that I'm eligible for an upgrade on my O2 contract. Despite my persistent refusals and requests for them to cease their intrusive calls, they continue to bombard me. Just today, after I firmly stated my disinterest, I ended the call only for them to ring back a mere six seconds later! It's maddening how, no matter how clearly I express my desire to terminate the conversation, they keep pushing with, "Aren't you interested in an upgrade?" In the end, I had no choice but to hang up again. This feels like harassment and a complete violation of my privacy!

I received a call from a company called Mobile Group claiming that I’m eligible for an upgrade on my O2 account. Strikes me as a bit dodgy, especially since this coincided with my O2 broadband being migrated to Sky. Just seems too coincidental, don’t you think?
