This person on the phone said they were from HMRC and that there was a warrant out for me over unpaid taxes. When i asked where they were calling from, they gave a london postcode and address. I decided to check the address with Royal Mail and found out it was a real HMRC location.

But every time i tried to ring HMRC back to confirm, i wasn't able to get through.
