Got a call about PPI from one of those massive call centres near Swansea, Wales. Seriously, why don't the BANKS just give back the extra PPI they charged instead of letting these idiots pester people all day long? They’d rather keep the money they wrongly took, simple as that. And don’t bother trying to get Ofcom involved - they’re as useless as a coach full of UKIP MEPs and the telemarketers are well aware of it.

They rang me but I didn’t pick up. A couple of minutes later, the number 0844 3373963 gave me a ring, so I’m guessing it’s the same lot with barely different numbers. Everyone I know has my landline, so I’ve switched it to only accept calls from people in my contacts. Had to turn off voicemail on my mobile too because I kept getting automated calls leaving messages, which was hurting my bill big time thanks to these muppets!
