I’ve been inundated with persistent calls from a PPI company employing an auto-dialler (which, by the way, is against the law) that's bombarding folks across London! They’re attempting to conduct some sort of survey regarding your way of living, with the ultimate aim of peddling life insurance. And just a heads up, if you’re tempted to return their call, think twice! The number they’re using is a premium rate one, so you'll end up incurring charges just to speak to them. Best to steer clear!

Received a call claiming to represent Sky, attempting to sell me insurance for my Sky box in case it malfunctioned. I turned them down, and wouldn’t you know it, shortly after that my Sky box started playing up! I reached out to Sky, they got things sorted and updated the software. A week rolled by and lo and behold, the same callers rang back with their insurance pitch. I declined once again, and wouldn’t you guess, in no time my Sky box was on the fritz! Sky was called again, and they managed to fix it up once more. They insisted it was mere coincidence. However, I can't shake the feeling that there's some collusion at play, as if someone within Sky is in cahoots with these dodgy callers, perhaps trying to either hawk insurance or snatch my bank information. I filed a complaint with Sky, but they seem utterly disinterested in accepting any culpability.

To the muppet claiming this isn’t a scam - get real! Why else would they be ringing on PREMIUM RATE NUMBERS? Why do they keep calling you multiple times a day even if you’re on the TPS?
