I got a phone call on Monday morning saying "We want to lower your life insurance and discuss a new law change with you. Press 5 so we can call you back today." This is definitely a scam! They try to trick you into letting them use your account for international or identity-related calls. Just hang up straight away, dont press any keys. If you do, it could cause loads of problems later on.
