Just be honest, they keep ringing you all the time. You try pressing a button to stop the calls but it makes no difference, you end up getting even more calls. When you call them back and ask them to stop, they shout at you and hang up. It feels like they want you to ring their expensive number on purpose. No respectable company would deal with these types. So why bother picking up? Honestly, report them to the ICO. Filling out the online form only takes a few minutes and is worth it.
