It seems STC is gearing up to ring us again in a bid to lower our line rental, despite us having previously requested they cease contacting us. Quite frustrating, isn’t it?

I received a call from these individuals, but they failed to relay any message.

I recently received a call from them, claiming that they were following up because we took part in a consumer lifestyle survey around a year back. Really? I have my doubts. It sounded like they were probing us about phone or broadband services, but we decided to end the call before it went any further.

I received a call from this number today, but we chose to let it ring. Interestingly, they left a voicemail. When we listened back to it, all we could discern was the sounds of a bustling office or perhaps a call centre in the background.

I just received a call from this number, claiming they could offer us landline rental at half the price. When I told them we were already with BT, they revealed they were actually from a company called DTC Direct. Since we’re signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, I was curious to know how they got hold of our number. They mentioned something about us taking a phone survey last year, but that’s a total fabrication - we’ve never participated in anything like that! At first, I thought I was speaking to BT, as their name is so similar to DT. Quite misleading, if you ask me!

This afternoon at 15:21, we received a call that we couldn't answer. Unfortunately, the caller didn't bother to leave a message.

Received a call from this number today, but we chose not to answer. However, they did leave a voicemail, which was rather peculiar. All we could make out was the sound of bustling activity from what seemed to be a massive office or call centre in the background. Quite odd, really!
