Just received a call, and it seems like it was a mistaken message. All I got was some vague ringtone before it cut off. Quite dodgy, if you ask me. I've been inundated with strange and potentially scammy calls over the last year, which leads me to believe that my number might have been handed over to whoever had the deepest pockets.

I've had a fair few calls from this company, trying to peddle their cheap phone line services and whatnot. They keep insisting that my number was part of some lifestyle survey over the past year. It’s evident they couldn't care less whether that’s true or not, or that my number is listed with the Telephone Preference Service! Absolute madness!

Received an unsolicited call where the person was trying to persuade us to switch our phone line and broadband to BT. I'm convinced this is a scam of some sort.

Received a call from this number claiming to be from BT, offering me some sort of package that includes broadband, a landline, and free calls for £21 a week. Quite the tempting offer, but I’m a bit sceptical about it all.

Received a call from this number, but the individual didn’t bother to leave a message. Quite odd, really.

I received a call from this number earlier today. My partner thought the chap mentioned he was from BT and claimed we had participated in a survey (which seems rather dubious!). He went on about how we expressed interest in their 'special offer'. When I asked for more details, he only said it was about half-price calls. I told him I needed it in writing, as that’s often my go-to response with these salespeople. This tends to send them packing. I’m currently registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but it doesn’t seem to deter anyone these days. We'll be blocking this number now.
