We applied for a loan, and to our dismay, these folks asked for our debit card details. We handed over the information, only to find that they had swiped our money without ever granting us a loan! When we rang them back, all we got was a cheery 'hello, how can we assist with your children?' We quickly reminded them that our only concern was getting our money back, but they just hung up on us! We kept trying to reach them, and surprisingly, they kept answering, yet nothing was resolved!

We shared our card number and its expiry date, yet they didn’t ask us for the security code. I’m really hoping that means we're still safe, especially if this turns out to be a scam! This company is just another bunch of fraudsters in the lending scene. They’ll whisk away your £59 and then tell you that you've been granted a loan - only to find out that you haven’t been approved at all. The likelihood of them securing any actual funding for you is practically non-existent. I can't stress enough: never cough up an upfront fee. There’s a whole host of these con merchants out there; think along the lines of Yes Loans, Horizon, Bentley Cooper, and many others. For the love of all that’s good, hold on tightly to your hard-earned money and steer clear of these leeches!

Honestly, blocking the card seems like the most sensible thing to do.
