I said, ‘Right, not riveting stuff, is it?’ whilst munching and swigging away. Interesting how the call abruptly cut off at exactly 4:52. I wouldn’t be surprised if he rings me again tomorrow, so I’m heading out to grab some more supplies!

You should definitely complain about their behaviour and how they run their business to the claims management regulator - they’ve got the power to take away their licence. Also, be sure to tell the information commissioner about their annoying, unjustified calls because they can slap hefty fines on them now.
