On the 28th of May, 2014, this number rang me twice within a quarter of an hour-first at 5:47 PM and then again at 5:59 PM. Each time I picked up, there was utter silence on the other end before the line was disconnected. It’s quite vexing, really, as I seem to receive countless calls of this nature throughout the month.
