Sounds like a scam to me. I got a call from a woman, sounded Asian, who knew my name and where I lived. She mentioned something about a £3,000 refund related to my car finance. I told her I haven't had car finance for years. After that, she just said she’d make a note of it, wished me a good day and hung up. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
