I phoned this number and it picked up saying I’d reached Orient Utilities' office, mentioning they were calling regarding a special deal on gas and electricity. Quite odd, since the call supposedly concerns outstanding loan payments, and apparently they pulled my details from the PPI Database. Strange mix-up if you ask me.

Much like the previous commenter, I too avoid responding to these numbers. It's rather unfortunate that no one seems to have any information about these individuals here.
