What a scam! DPD are seriously dodgy here. Feels like they actually want you to call that outrageously pricey number by not delivering your package on purpose. Proper wrong move on their part.

I rang up DPD to find out where my parcel was but ended up having to pay £14.68 for the info.

I tried ringing DPD customer service because my package hadn’t shown up. When I asked about where it was, they ended up charging me around £70 in total! Honestly, that was pretty shocking.

I just noticed a charge of £11.60 for a service I never requested. Does anyone know who this could be from?

Looks like I rang this number back on 28th November 2017 and the call lasted about 26 mins 48 secs. Then I noticed an extra charge of £15.48 on my phone bill for it. Can anyone tell me who owns this number? Cheers!
