What a complete scam! This conduct from DPD is utterly unethical. One could certainly reason that they might have a vested interest in avoiding parcel deliveries, pushing you to dial this ludicrously pricey number instead.

I stumbled upon this phone number for DPD's customer support. Unfortunately, my parcel went missing, prompting me to reach out to them for assistance in tracking it down. To my dismay, the total cost came to around £70! Absolutely outrageous, I must say!
