This number rings us pretty much every day, usually either around midday to mid-afternoon or then again from about four till seven in the evening. Whenever we pick up, they just seem to cut off straight away. Honestly, I doubt anything will ever be done to block them properly - if they get stopped, another one will no doubt pop up instead.

This isn’t a call from Barclays or TSB at all. The people ringing up are actually working to track down anyone who might’ve paid PPI on loans or similar stuff with those banks or others. There’s no cash giveaway or automatic refund happening here. It’s not like Barclays or TSB are behind these calls, and they don’t own the number calling you either.
