A quick search on the internet reveals a Bourne Street located in Hollinwood, Oldham, which seems to be a minor motor or engineering estate; the postcode is connected to Nursery Road in Failsworth, an area mainly consisting of residential properties. Interestingly, there's also a matching address over in Moston, Manchester.
