Got a missed call and voicemail from DX Couriers cause my delivery was late. Rang them back to figure out what was going on with my parcel, and then they slapped me with a £10 fee just to get the info. Proper annoying.

Absolutely outrageous, isn't it? They expect me to fork out an additional £15 just to have my passport sent over. It's quite frankly a rip-off!
