It purports to be RCN, yet I have my doubts about its authenticity… Would anyone be able to verify this? I’d rather not take the risk of ringing them up, especially if they end up charging the amounts this site has indicated.

Merely stating that they’re from the RCN doesn't necessarily confirm it’s genuinely them on the line. In all my experience, I’ve never received a call from them myself. My advice? Don’t hesitate to hang up and ring the official RCN contact number directly. They'll be able to tell you whether there’s anything legitimate behind the call or if it’s just a scammer trying their luck!

I was taken aback when they actually mentioned my name! I did attempt to give them a call, but it came up with RCN? What on earth is that all about?

Received two calls in a single day, only for them to disconnect each time. Quite odd, if you ask me.
