I rang them back and got some automated message from something called rcn, said to be a publishing firm. Total pain really, looks like a spam caller and I reckon if you pick up all you'll get is a recorded spiel.

I’ve been receving calls every day from this number on both my mobile and my home phone. Today, the caller claimed to be from the ren.

Got a call from someone asian asking for my bank details. Honestly, i'm so sick of all these scammers and crooks nowadays, it's just nonstop.

Today I got a call from this number, some lady said she was calling from the RCN. She was trying to sell me a new magazine called RCN+ for just a £1 online login. She actually knew a bit about me, which was weird. Then she asked for my bank info at the end, that’s when I got really suspicious and just ended the call straight away!

I got a call from this exact number today, they kept pushing the same deal and wanted my bank account details along with the sort code. Wouldn’t trust it.

Got a call from 084338105119 just now. Some Asian guy wanted to talk to me by my name but as soon as I asked who he was, he just hung up on me.

I got a call from a woman speaking really fast, saying she was calling from some organisation and pushing these really good deals on pro magazines and similar stuff. She said it was just a quid and went on about loads of details, even gave me a "membership number." Then she asked which mag I wanted before suddenly asking for my bank details. When I asked what for, she said it was to take the £1 payment. Seemed odd cos my first payment isn't due till April, so I wondered why not take it then. I said I’d look into it online, but she started panicking, saying the deal was only available over the phone once. When she started pushing even more for my bank info, I just hung up straight away.
