The automated voice just said “Hi there” and that was enough for me to know it wasn’t anything legit. No proper company would open a call like that, and if it was a mate, they’d say my name right away. I hung up after around 5 seconds, which should flag their system to stop bothering me. If you just leave it as a missed call, they’ll keep ringing back. Plus, if you hang on and listen for too long, they might even try calling you again later.
