It's a very busy hospital section, and these calls are seriously interrupting patients who actually need to get through. We can't just let calls ring off in case there's a real emergency. The only thing we can think of is that one of the staff might have given out the number to their insurance after an accident. Managed to track down their email - [email protected]. Went ahead and signed them up for all the freebies I could dig up. They’re even getting a daily video from some adult site now. If their persistent calls drive you mad, just give ’em a taste of their own medicine. Honestly, everyone oughta do this.

When I picked up, the caller said they were from The Claimline but as soon as I seemed interested, they quickly admitted they were actually a call centre working for www.InjurySupportNetwork.co.uk. That’s just a trading name for Road Accident Consult Ltd doing business as Media Tactics. If you didnt give them permission to keep your details, make sure to report them to the TPS for live calls, and the ICO if they left any recorded messages.
