The callers insist that their purpose is to deliver a 'public information announcement', but it sounds suspiciously like it's all about protection insurance. They imply that I may have been mis-sold a policy and that they can assist in reclaiming some funds. They will probably argue they're not engaged in sales or marketing, but to me, it's definitely a sales pitch.
