On the 19th of May, I received this call repeatedly. As a receptionist engaged in my work, I found it rather odd that the message pertained to mis-sold PPI. When I tried to return the call, I was met with the same automated spiel. After pressing 5, I was treated to an American voice proclaiming that the caller was unattainable, with their voicemail box apparently overflowing. I’ve had similar encounters in the past, and they typically turn out to be a premium rate scam. Just a heads-up!
