Got a call from a woman who had quite an accent, really hard to catch what she was saying. She said she was calling from EE.

I told her she was talking nonsense (I’m not even an EE customer!) then just ended the call.

This number rang me twice, claiming to be from EE and saying they could lower my monthly bill. It felt dodgy, like they’d want my bank info eventually. They even asked how much I pay each month, which is weird since EE would already have that info, right? I ended up ringing EE myself to double-check, and they confirmed the calls weren’t from their team at all!
