I answered a call from a woman who had a rather thick accent, making it quite a challenge to comprehend what she was saying. She claimed to be calling from EE. I quickly realised it was all nonsense (thankfully I'm not even an EE customer) and decided to terminate the call.

I've received a couple of phone calls from this number, claiming to be from EE and suggesting they could lower my monthly contract payments. I can't help but think they’d eventually ask me for my bank information. They even inquired about the amount of my current bill, which makes no sense since EE should already have that information on file! To be on the safe side, I contacted EE directly, and they confirmed that the calls were not from them at all!
