Greetings,
I too had a rather peculiar call from this number earlier today. A woman, whose accent suggested she was Chinese, claimed to be representing EE, and I could have sworn she mentioned Netflix as well. It had all the hallmarks of a classic scam or phishing attempt, if you ask me. I didn’t hesitate to put down the phone immediately and went ahead to block the number. Just a heads up for anyone else who might encounter this!

I mentioned I was with EE and inquired how they acquired my number-couldn't quite catch what they said. When I requested to chat with a supervisor, there was some sort of muddle, and then I had to repeat myself. Just as I was about to connect with a higher-up, they abruptly hung up on me.

I’ve been receiving incessant calls from this number, and I can’t for the life of me figure out who it belongs to.

Received a call purporting to be from EE, my supposed mobile provider, but it's clearly a scam as I'm not even subscribed to them!
