Received a call on my home phone.

I was tryin to get the contact for the DWP and thought this might help since they’re not meant to have customer service numbers. Rang it and just got a silent tone the whole time, no one answered or anything! Then found out they charged me like £3.72 for almost 8 minutes of nothing. Proper annoying and unfair if you ask me.
