Got a call from someone called Caleb claiming he worked for a property management firm. He was trying to offer free repairs specifically for council and social housing residents. Seems dodgy to me, so I'd say steer clear.

They rang me up, asserting they were from a housing association, but promptly disconnected as soon as I mentioned I was employed there. Quite the odd encounter, I must say!

I got a call from someone who said they knew my name, but their accent was really hard to make out, sounded foreign or something.

I picked up the phone and instead of a voice, all I got was some awful hold music blaring down my ear.
