Got a call from them yesterday evening - after a few minutes, I overheard them persuading a bloke to drop one IVA and start a new one. They were actually laughing about it! Once they realised I was listening in, I questioned what would happen if the creditors rejected the IVA at the meeting of creditors (I’m in the IVA field myself). I also asked if they thought that was ethical and if they knew about Debt Payment Arrangements (DPA). Then, just like that, they ended the call.
